Je to mo\u017en\u00e9 samoz\u0159ejm\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Jmenuji se Ale\u0161 Prandstetter, a pohybuji se ji\u017e 25 let v oblasti investic. A za tu dobu jsem ji\u017e mnohokr\u00e1t vid\u011bl r\u016fzn\u00e9 v\u00fdsledky r\u016fzn\u00fdch firem.<\/p>\n<p>A ji\u017e n\u011bkolik lid\u00ed se m\u011b ptalo, pro\u010d m\u011b to tak zaj\u00edm\u00e1. Zd\u00e1lo se mu, \u017ee americk\u00e1 ekonomika roste velmi dob\u0159e a on by cht\u011bl n\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem se pod\u00edlet na tomto r\u016fstu t\u011bchto velk\u00fdch firem. <\/p>\n<p>Pod\u00edlet se na v\u00fdsledc\u00edch velk\u00fdch americk\u00fdch firem je pom\u011brn\u011b jednoduch\u00e9. <\/p>\n<h2>M\u016f\u017eete se st\u00e1t akcion\u00e1\u0159em.<\/h2>\n<p>Ale jak?<\/p>\n<p>Nejl\u00e9pe p\u0159es diverzifikovan\u00e9 portfolio.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159es fondy, kter\u00e9 obsahuj\u00ed velk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u0159eba americk\u00fdch akci\u00ed, kde tyto americk\u00e9 akcie jsou sice obsa\u017eeny zlomkem procenta na jejich jm\u011bn\u00ed, ale vy participujete celkov\u011b na r\u016fstu t\u011bch nejlep\u0161\u00edch firem, kter\u00e9 zn\u00e1te z ka\u017edodenn\u00edho \u017eivota.<\/p>\n<p>M\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt McDonalds, m\u016f\u017ee to b\u00fdt Facebook, kter\u00fd jsem tu zmi\u0148oval prve.  M\u016f\u017eou to b\u00fdt dal\u0161\u00ed firmy. Zn\u00e1me Boeing a podobn\u011b.<\/p>\n<h2>Pro\u010d mluv\u00edm o diverzifikaci?<\/h2>\n<p>Je to proto, \u017ee nikdy nev\u00edte,  \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b t\u0159eba Facebook bude m\u00edt dal\u0161\u00ed \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed, nebo dal\u0161\u00ed rok hor\u0161\u00ed, ne\u017e ten sou\u010dasn\u00fd. Ale na jeho m\u00edsto se m\u016f\u017ee dr\u00e1t t\u0159eba nov\u00e1, zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 spole\u010dnost, nebo t\u0159eba star\u00fd zn\u00e1m\u00fd Google.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e m\u00e1te portfolio slo\u017een\u00e9 ze v\u0161ech firem, nebo ide\u00e1ln\u011b ze v\u0161ech firem &#8211; nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt v\u0161echny. Sta\u010d\u00ed 100, 200, 500 firem. Pak m\u00e1te participaci na v\u0161ech a jste schopni podchytit ten celkov\u00fd r\u016fst t\u011bchto firem.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00fdhoda takov\u00e9ho portfolia je to, \u017ee kdy\u017e pr\u00e1v\u011b n\u011bkter\u00e1 firma na cen\u011b ztrat\u00ed, t\u0159eba i v\u00fdrazn\u011b, va\u0161e diverzifikovan\u00e9 portfolio tuto skute\u010dnost nijak zvl\u00e1\u0161\u0165 nepoc\u00edt\u00ed. Nebo jen velmi minim\u00e1ln\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pokud n\u011bkter\u00e1 firma v\u00fdrazn\u011b vzroste, na tomto diverzifikovan\u00e9m portfoliu to tak\u00e9 nepoc\u00edt\u00edte nijak v\u00fdznamn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Ale v\u00e1s nezaj\u00edm\u00e1 spekulace, jestli n\u011bjak\u00e1 firma vyroste o 100% nebo 50%. <\/p>\n<h2>Rozumn\u00e9 zhodnocen\u00ed<\/h2>\n<p>V\u00e1s zaj\u00edm\u00e1 jako investora trval\u00fd r\u016fst va\u0161eho majetku.
