V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b rad\u00edte p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm movit\u00fdm klient\u016fm v ot\u00e1zk\u00e1ch zhodnocen\u00ed majetku. Jak se li\u0161\u00ed pot\u0159eby \u201emal\u00fdch\u201c investor\u016f od lid\u00ed s majetkem v \u0159\u00e1du des\u00edtek milion\u016f korun?<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

Renti\u00e9\u0159i s des\u00edtkami milion\u016f korun mus\u00ed b\u00fdt p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm obez\u0159etn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Proto jim doporu\u010dujeme vyu\u017e\u00edvat investi\u010dn\u00ed filozofie \u201eWealth Protection\u201c (Ochrana Bohatstv\u00ed). To v\u0161ak \u2013 na rozd\u00edl od v \u010cR za\u017eit\u00fdch zvyk\u016f \u2013 neznamen\u00e1 investovat s vynech\u00e1n\u00edm akciov\u00fdch produkt\u016f.<\/p>\n

Ti nejbohat\u0161\u00ed lid\u00e9 sv\u011bta maj\u00ed v akciov\u00fdch strategi\u00edch zhruba t\u0159etinu majetku a to doporu\u010dujeme na\u0161im klient\u016fm i my.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Mus\u00ed v\u0161ak j\u00edt o akcie firem, jejich\u017e produkty si kupuj\u00ed stamiliony lid\u00ed v nejvysp\u011blej\u0161\u00edch zem\u00edch cel\u00e9ho sv\u011bta. Takov\u00e9 firmy nab\u00edz\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad dividendu 3-4 % i zaj\u00edmav\u00fd kapit\u00e1lov\u00fd v\u00fdnos. Nesm\u00ed v\u0161ak j\u00edt o akcie rusk\u00e9, tureck\u00e9 nebo jinak exotick\u00e9. Je zar\u00e1\u017eej\u00edc\u00ed, jak mnoh\u00e9 akciov\u00e9 fondy nab\u00edzen\u00e9 v \u010cech\u00e1ch (a n\u011bkdy i v priv\u00e1tn\u00edch bank\u00e1ch) maj\u00ed \u010dasto vysokou expozici na Rusko \u2013 20, 30 i 40 % portfolia.<\/p>\n

Sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed wealth protection strategie je tak\u00e9 d\u016fsledn\u00e1 diverzifikace. \u010c\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed majetek, t\u00edm d\u016fsledn\u011bji t\u0159eba diverzifikovat.<\/p>\n

Nejen mezi investi\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1stroje, ale je pot\u0159eba d\u016fsledn\u011b dodr\u017eovat m\u011bnovou diverzifikaci, diverzifikaci spr\u00e1vc\u016f\/finan\u010dn\u00edch skupin, diverzifikaci majetkov\u00fdch \u00fa\u010dt\u016f mezi r\u016fzn\u00e9 platformy atd. T\u00edm, \u017ee jsme nez\u00e1visl\u00ed na bankovn\u00edch domech, takovouto diverzifikaci m\u016f\u017eeme skute\u010dn\u011b doporu\u010dit.<\/p>\n

Kter\u00e9 investi\u010dn\u00ed produkty movit\u00ed lid\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed nej\u010dast\u011bji?<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

Nap\u0159\u00edklad v akciov\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti portfoli\u00ed vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed na\u0161i klienti pasivn\u011b i aktivn\u011b \u0159\u00edzen\u00e9 fondov\u00e9 produkty i konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed akcie. V ka\u017ed\u00e9m typu produktu je zhruba t\u0159etina akciov\u00e9ho portfolia.<\/p>\n

Jak hodnot\u00edte nab\u00eddku slu\u017eeb pro movit\u00e9 klienty \u010desk\u00fdch bankovn\u00edch dom\u016f a poradensk\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed? Maj\u00ed movit\u00fdm lidem co nab\u00eddnout?<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

Nemaj\u00ed. Sta\u010d\u00ed porovnat to, jak\u00e9 produkty a o kolik levn\u011bji lze z\u00edskat nap\u0159\u00edklad p\u0159es \u0161v\u00fdcarskou UBS. Produkt\u016f je mnohem v\u00edce, jsou kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed (v Evrop\u011b je mnohem v\u00edce a kvalitn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch fond\u016f ne\u017e jen ty, co jsou registrovan\u00e9 v \u010cR).<\/p>\n

A \u010dasto za v\u00fdrazn\u011b levn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch podm\u00ednek.<\/p>\n

Nemluv\u011b o tom, jak jednoduch\u00e1 je t\u0159eba online platforma UBS, na kter\u00e9 mohou klienti svoje majetkov\u00e9 \u00fa\u010dty vid\u011bt, m\u011bnit (obchodovat) a t\u0159eba si proti nim i p\u016fj\u010dovat za 2 % p.a.<\/p>\n

Jedn\u00e1 se ale o slu\u017eby a produkty, ke kter\u00fdm z\u00edskaj\u00ed p\u0159\u00edstup pouze ti, kdo na platform\u011b UBS maj\u00ed celkov\u00fd finan\u010dn\u00ed majetek ve v\u00fd\u0161i alespo\u0148 dva miliony eur.<\/p>\n

Jak\u00e9 investi\u010dn\u00ed produkty m\u016f\u017eete movit\u00fdm klient\u016fm nab\u00eddnout? Vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1te i burzovn\u011b obchodovan\u00e9 fondy (ETFs)?<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

Produkty m\u016f\u017eeme nab\u00eddnout de facto v\u0161echny dostupn\u00e9 nejen v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice, ale i v Evrop\u011b. V\u0161echny toti\u017e maj\u00ed sv\u00e9 v\u00fdhody a omezen\u00ed a obvykle je nejlep\u0161\u00ed cestou kombinace r\u016fzn\u00fdch produkt\u016f. V\u010detn\u011b ETF, kter\u00e9 tvo\u0159\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad zhruba t\u0159etinu na\u0161ich akciov\u00fdch portfoli\u00ed.<\/p>\n

Co pro V\u00e1s znamenaj\u00ed burzovn\u011b obchodovan\u00e9 fondy? Pro koho jsou tyto produkty dobr\u00e9?<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

Pro ka\u017ed\u00e9ho s v\u011bt\u0161\u00edm majetkem. V\u011bt\u0161\u00edm znamen\u00e1 nad p\u011bt milion\u016f korun.<\/p>\n

Jak\u00e1 je podle V\u00e1s budoucnost ETF?<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n

Nem\u00e1m pocit, \u017ee tuto ot\u00e1zku bych m\u011bl posuzovat. To, co mne zaj\u00edm\u00e1 je to, zda jsou vhodn\u00fdm investi\u010dn\u00edm n\u00e1strojem pro st\u0159edn\u011b a dlouhodob\u00e9 portfolia.<\/p>\n

A na tuto ot\u00e1zku si odpov\u00edd\u00e1m ANO.<\/p>\n

Stejn\u011b jako u ka\u017ed\u00e9ho jin\u00e9ho investi\u010dn\u00edho n\u00e1stroje je ale pot\u0159eba ud\u011blat dobrou anal\u00fdzu, vybrat si a nebrat jak\u00fdkoliv produkt do portfolia jen proto, \u017ee se jmenuje ETF.<\/p>\n

Mysl\u00edte si, \u017ee mohou burzovn\u011b obchodovan\u00e9 fondy p\u0159ekonat objem aktiv spravovan\u00fd v aktivn\u011b \u0159\u00edzen\u00fdch fondech?<\/strong><\/em><\/h3>\n
