A dnes jsem zrovna jeden m\u011bl.<\/p>\n<p>Ten workshop je v\u011bt\u0161inou na t\u00e9ma: <strong>Jak bezpe\u010dn\u011b investovat, aby pen\u00edze nedo\u0161ly v\u00e1m ani dal\u0161\u00edm generac\u00edm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A j\u00e1 ten workshop za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1m hned prvn\u00ed ot\u00e1zkou. Pt\u00e1m se t\u011bch lid\u00ed: <em>Co v\u00e1s zaj\u00edm\u00e1?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dneska jsme tady v Plzni m\u011bli 18 \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edk\u016f. 12 renti\u00e9r\u016f, podnikatel\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed prodali, nebo budou prod\u00e1vat sv\u00e9 firmy, nebo u\u017e z nich generuj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 rozumn\u00e9 dividendy, a 6 budouc\u00edch renti\u00e9r\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>A bavili jsme se o filozofii, o tom, co je pot\u0159eba d\u011blat. Ale prvn\u00ed ot\u00e1zka, kter\u00e1 v\u016fbec padla, byla:<\/p>\n<p><em>Kde je h\u00e1\u010dek, pro\u010d vlastn\u011b nem\u016f\u017eou investovat v\u0161ichni?<\/em><\/p>\n<p>A j\u00e1 si mysl\u00edm, \u017ee to byla \u00fapln\u011b fantastick\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka. Chci se s v\u00e1mi pod\u011blit o to, jak jsem na n\u00ed odpov\u00eddal.<\/p>\n<p>Pro\u010d nemohou investovat v\u0161ichni? No, je tam n\u011bkolik d\u016fvod\u016f.<\/p>\n<h2>1. Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 pen\u00edze<\/h2>\n<p>T\u00edm prvn\u00ed d\u016fvodem je, ne v\u0161ichni maj\u00ed pen\u00edze.<\/p>\n<p>Investovat nem\u016f\u017eete, kdy\u017e nem\u00e1te pen\u00edze.<\/p>\n<p>A je to jedno, jestli budete investovat do nemovitost\u00ed, nebo do finan\u010dn\u00edch aktiv, jako jsou fondy, akcie, dluhopisy.<\/p>\n<p>Prost\u011b kdy\u017e nem\u00e1te pen\u00edze, neum\u00edte je vyd\u011blat, investov\u00e1n\u00ed nen\u00ed pro v\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<h2>2. Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd je ochotn\u00fd odkl\u00e1dat stranou<\/h2>\n<p>Jsou lid\u00e9, a t\u011bch je v\u011bt\u0161ina, kte\u0159\u00ed nejsou ochotni odlo\u017eit pen\u00edze stranou, na svoji budouc\u00ed spot\u0159ebu, a rad\u011bji spot\u0159ebuj\u00ed v\u0161echno hned.<\/p>\n<p>Dokonce si na to i p\u016fj\u010d\u00ed, a proto je v \u010cech\u00e1ch t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 milion exekuc\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Lid\u00e9 jsou zadlu\u017een\u00ed m\u00edsto toho, aby p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161leli a rozumn\u011b d\u00e1vali rovnov\u00e1hu mezi budoucnost\u00ed a sou\u010dasnost\u00ed. Prost\u011b jsou zadlu\u017een\u00ed, a proto se nikdy k investov\u00e1n\u00ed nedostanou.<\/p>\n<h2>3. Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 trp\u011blivost<\/h2>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00edm d\u016fvodem, kde to investov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 h\u00e1\u010dek, je v tom, \u017ee ne ka\u017ed\u00fd m\u00e1 trp\u011blivost.<\/p>\n<p>Investov\u00e1n\u00ed, skute\u010dn\u00e9 investov\u00e1n\u00ed, je toti\u017e dlouhodob\u00e1 z\u00e1le\u017eitost.<\/p>\n<p>Vy\u017eaduje to n\u011bjakou strategii, dlouhodob\u00e9 p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed, a p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161len\u00ed v horizontech 10, 20, 30 let a ne v horizontech dn\u016f, t\u00fddn\u016f nebo m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Spousta lid\u00ed si dok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159edstavit b\u00fdt bohat\u00fd z\u00edtra, ale pracovat na tom systematicky, dlouhodob\u011b, si moc lid\u00ed nedok\u00e1\u017ee p\u0159edstavit.<\/p>\n<p>Ale o tom investov\u00e1n\u00ed je.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee ta netrp\u011blivost, kterou lid\u00e9 maj\u00ed, \u010dasto vede k tomu, \u017ee nikdy ani nemaj\u00ed \u0161anci zbohatnout.<\/p>\n<p>Proto\u017ee trp\u011blivost je d\u016fle\u017eitou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed investov\u00e1n\u00ed jako takov\u00e9ho.<\/p>\n<h2>4. Ne ka\u017ed\u00fd pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 selsk\u00fd rozum<\/h2>\n<p>A co je asi posledn\u00ed, co lidi v principu nezvl\u00e1daj\u00ed, nebo kde to investov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 h\u00e1\u010dek?<\/p>\n<p>No v tom, \u017ee je pot\u0159eba nau\u010dit se pou\u017e\u00edvat alespo\u0148 selsk\u00fd rozum.<br \/>\nCh\u00e1pat tro\u0161ku do \u010deho jdete, a v\u011bd\u011bt, \u017ee akcie nejsou n\u011bjak\u00e9 z\u00e1znamy v po\u010d\u00edta\u010di, nebo n\u011bkde na internetu, ale \u017ee to jsou firmy, kter\u00e9 vyd\u011bl\u00e1vaj\u00ed jako Apple nebo Procter &#038; Gamble nebo McDonald&#8217;s.<\/p>\n<p>\u017de tyto firmy maj\u00ed n\u011bjak\u00e9 tr\u017eby. \u017de kdy\u017e si tam jdete koupit ten hamburger, nebo telefon, tak najednou ta firma vyd\u011bl\u00e1 n\u011bco. <\/p>\n<p>Ona n\u011bco vyd\u011bl\u00e1, n\u011bco zaplat\u00ed sv\u00fdm zam\u011bstnanc\u016fm, a n\u011bjak\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1klady a n\u011bco j\u00ed zbude. To je zisk.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zisk je to, na \u010dem se pod\u00edl\u00edme my, jako akcion\u00e1\u0159i.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A takov\u00fdhle selsk\u00fd rozum je pot\u0159eba zapojit do investov\u00e1n\u00ed a do toho jakou m\u00edt strategii jak ty v\u011bci pl\u00e1novat.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee nehledejte tam nic slo\u017eit\u00e9ho, ne\u017e selsk\u00fd rozum, ale kdy\u017e ho nebudete um\u011bt pou\u017e\u00edvat, tak to je dal\u0161\u00ed h\u00e1\u010dek, kter\u00fd na v\u00e1s \u010dek\u00e1, pokud se do investov\u00e1n\u00ed hodl\u00e1te pustit.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee na tyhle h\u00e1\u010dky myslete, a\u017e budete p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u011b p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let o tom, \u017ee budete cht\u00edt investovat.<\/p>\n<p>To je dneska v\u0161echno.
