Pod\u00edv\u00e1me se na rozd\u00edl mezi nimi, abyste si mohli vybrat to, co je v\u00e1m bli\u017e\u0161\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Hned na za\u010d\u00e1tek \u0159eknu, \u017ee s\u00e1m jsem investor a mezi klienty m\u00e1me p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b investory. Co se t\u00fd\u010de investov\u00e1n\u00ed a trh\u016f, tak sed\u00ed sp\u00ed\u0161e to \u0161pehov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Spekulace je toti\u017e to, \u017ee si koup\u00edte n\u011bjak\u00e9 aktivum s t\u00edm, \u017ee douf\u00e1te, \u017ee v bl\u00edzk\u00e9 budoucnosti bude m\u00edt vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hodnotu a dostanete na n\u011bj v\u00edc.<\/p>\n<p>D\u016fle\u017eit\u00e1 slova jsou douf\u00e1te a bl\u00edzk\u00e1 budoucnost.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kdy\u017e koup\u00edte akcie a douf\u00e1te, \u017ee je prod\u00e1te do roka dr\u00e1\u017e, je to spekulace.<\/li>\n<li>Kdy\u017e koup\u00edte nemovitost nebo pozemek a douf\u00e1te, \u017ee ho za 5 let prod\u00e1te za v\u00edc, je to spekulace.<\/li>\n<li>Kdy\u017e koup\u00edte zlato a douf\u00e1te, \u017ee v\u00e1m za n\u011bj n\u011bkdo d\u00e1 za 10 let v\u00edc, je to spekulace.<\/li>\n<li>Kdy\u017e koup\u00edte kryptom\u011bnu a douf\u00e1te, \u017ee na n\u00ed vyd\u011bl\u00e1te 1000 % procent b\u011bhem p\u00e1r m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f, je to spekulace.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 si \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te, \u017ee o tom je p\u0159eci investov\u00e1n\u00ed. Rozd\u00edl je v p\u0159\u00edstupu.<\/p>\n<p>Uk\u00e1\u017eeme si to na p\u0159\u00edkladu.<\/p>\n<p><em>Jirka si p\u0159edstavuje, \u017ee vezme sv\u00fdch 200 000 K\u010d a za rok chce m\u00edt 500 000 K\u010d na nov\u00e9 auto.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Martin nepot\u0159ebuje sv\u00fdch uspo\u0159en\u00fdch 200 000 K\u010d a chce zajistit, aby je neu\u017e\u00edrala inflace, a pokud mo\u017eno je\u0161t\u011b n\u011bco dlouhodob\u011b vyd\u011blaly.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Kdo si mysl\u00edte, \u017ee m\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161anci usp\u011bt? Jirka nebo Martin? Chce p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm rychle zbohatnout a je ochoten p\u0159i tom riskovat.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159em\u00fd\u0161l\u00ed v horizontu minut, hodin, dn\u00ed, t\u00fddn\u016f, m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f i let, podle typu n\u00e1stroje.<\/p>\n<p>Zaj\u00edmaj\u00ed ho p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 vlivy na cenu akci\u00ed. D\u00edky tomu je vd\u011b\u010dn\u00fdm \u010dten\u00e1\u0159em informac\u00ed o kvart\u00e1ln\u00edch v\u00fdsledc\u00edch firem a studentem technick\u00e9 anal\u00fdzy.<\/p>\n<p>Spekulanty najdete hlavn\u011b u kryptom\u011bn, na Forexu, komoditn\u00edch trz\u00edch (zlato, diamanty) a v akci\u00edch. (Tak\u00e9 prod\u011blat, ale o tom spekulanti rad\u011bji nemluv\u00ed.) Vidina rychl\u00fdch zisk\u016f tud\u00ed\u017e l\u00e1k\u00e1 ka\u017ed\u00fd den tis\u00edce chamtivc\u016f do pasti.<\/p>\n<p>Za\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edky pak \u010dek\u00e1 tvrd\u00e9 vyst\u0159\u00edzliv\u011bn\u00ed. \u010c\u00e1st z nich postupn\u011b prod\u011bl\u00e1 sv\u016fj \u00fa\u010det. Druh\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st m\u00e1 \u0161t\u011bst\u00ed a vyd\u011blaj\u00ed. Jen\u017ee takov\u00e1 prvn\u00ed v\u00fdhra je danajsk\u00fd dar. D\u00e1v\u00e1 chu\u0165 spekulovat d\u00e1l a bere obez\u0159etnost.<\/p>\n<p>Ten, kdo 3x za sebou prod\u011bl\u00e1, se nad sebou zamysl\u00ed. To je pot\u0159eba si uv\u011bdomit a po\u010d\u00edtat s t\u00edm.<\/p>\n<p>Korektn\u00ed makl\u00e9\u0159sk\u00e9 firmy toto \u010d\u00edslo uv\u00e1d\u00ed p\u0159\u00edmo v reklam\u011b. Kolik jejich klient\u016f je ztr\u00e1tov\u00fdch, resp. ze z\u00e1kona tuto povinnost maj\u00ed v\u0161ichni.<\/p>\n<p>Spekulace jsou hr\u00e1tky s pen\u011bzi. Kdy\u017e jich m\u00e1te dost a m\u016f\u017eete o n\u011b p\u0159ij\u00edt, tak pro\u010d ne. I n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed na\u0161i klienti, kte\u0159\u00ed maj\u00ed majetek v \u0159\u00e1du des\u00edtek milion\u016f, ob\u010das spekuluj\u00ed. Ale v\u017edy s velmi malou \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed sv\u00e9ho portfolia.<\/p>\n<p>Na \u010dem se v\u0161ichni spekulanti shodnou je \u010dasov\u00e1 n\u00e1ro\u010dnost. Mus\u00edte studovat, testovat, sledovat trendy, sb\u00edrat zku\u0161enosti a neust\u00e1le v\u011bd\u011bt v\u00edc ne\u017e ostatn\u00ed. Studuje fundament firem, do kter\u00fdch investuje &#8211; jejich tr\u017eby, zisky a celkov\u00e9 trendy na trhu.<\/p>\n<p>Investor p\u0159i poklesu nepanika\u0159\u00ed, ale dokupuje. Proto\u017ee m\u016f\u017ee dostat to, co chce ve slev\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Nakupuje p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed firmy sv\u011bta, jejich\u017e produkty vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed sta miliony lid\u00ed, proto\u017ee v\u00ed, \u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto firmy nab\u00edz\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed stabilitu sv\u00fdch v\u00fdsledk\u016f. Tedy\u00a0firmy typu Apple, Google, McDonald&#8217;s, ad.<\/p>\n<p>Cesta investora k jeho c\u00edli je sice nudn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed, ale m\u00e1 daleko v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u0161anci usp\u011bt ne\u017e spekulant. V dlouhodob\u00e9m horizontu toti\u017e nemus\u00ed reagovat\u00a0na v\u00fdkyvy na trhu, kter\u00e9 spekulanti vyhled\u00e1vaj\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Investor se nezbavuje majetku, jenom proto, \u017ee proto, \u017ee vyrostla jeho cena. Pokud mu generuje pasivn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem, klidn\u011b ho bude dr\u017eet cel\u00fd \u017eivot. A nez\u00e1le\u017e\u00ed, jestli se jedn\u00e1 o nemovitosti, nebo akcie.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee investorsk\u00fd zp\u016fsob vypad\u00e1 nudn\u011b, nemus\u00ed j\u00edt o \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 mal\u00e1 \u010d\u00edsla. Probl\u00e9m je v tom, jak na\u010derpat takov\u00e9 znalosti a zku\u0161enosti. To toti\u017e trv\u00e1 spoustu let a stoj\u00ed obrovskou hromadu pen\u011bz.<\/p>\n<h2>Zvolte si svou cestu<\/h2>\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b je na ka\u017ed\u00e9m z v\u00e1s, jakou cestou se chcete vydat.<\/p>\n<p>Ur\u010dit\u011b existuj\u00ed lid\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed spekulacemi vyd\u011bl\u00e1vaj\u00ed. Ur\u010dit\u011b jich o tom mluv\u00ed v\u00edc, ne\u017e v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b investor\u016f.
