V\u011bt\u0161inou je\u0161t\u011b v\u00edce rostly.<br \/>\nV 75% p\u0159\u00edpad\u016f byly za rok v\u00fd\u0161e.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u00fdnos po dosa\u017een\u00ed maxima byl 11% a to v\u010detn\u011b t\u011bch ztr\u00e1tov\u00fdch let.<br \/>\nTo je velice slu\u0161n\u00e9 \u010d\u00edslo.<br \/>\n\u0158\u00edk\u00e1 se, \u017ee je dobr\u00e9 nakupovat n\u00edzko, a prod\u00e1vat vysoko.<\/p>\n<p>Jak to, \u017ee akcie st\u00e1le rostly, i kdy\u017e se dostaly nejv\u00fd\u0161e?<\/p>\n<p>Akcie dlouhodob\u011b rostou a proto vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed st\u00e1le nov\u00e1 a nov\u00e1 maxima.<br \/>\nPr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd historick\u00fd r\u016fst akciov\u00e9ho trhu v USA byl kolem 10% p.a.<br \/>\nTa obdob\u00ed zahrnuj\u00ed kr\u00e1tkodob\u00e9 poklesy a r\u016fsty.<br \/>\nBubliny a jejich splask\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed.<br \/>\nAle dlouhodob\u00fd r\u016fst kol\u00eds\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159ekon\u00e1v\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>To jsou ale jen \u010d\u00edsla.<\/p>\n<p>Dokonce jsem sly\u0161el koment\u00e1\u0159, jednoho statistika:<br \/>\n<em>To, \u017ee akciov\u00fd trh posledn\u00edch 150 let rostl, neznamen\u00e1, \u017ee poroste i d\u00e1le. Klidn\u011b mohlo j\u00edt o anom\u00e1lii, a dal\u0161\u00edch 150 let m\u016f\u017ee zase klesat. Ze statistick\u00e9ho hlediska nem\u00e1me prost\u011b dost dat, abychom si byli jist\u00ed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>My ale neinvestujeme do akci\u00ed, a akciov\u00fdch trh\u016f kv\u016fli statistik\u00e1m.<br \/>\nInvestujeme proto, \u017ee akcie jsou pod\u00edly ve firm\u00e1ch.<br \/>\nTyto firmy podnikaj\u00ed a podnik\u00e1n\u00ed se dlouhodob\u011b vypl\u00e1c\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e investujeme do americk\u00e9ho akciov\u00e9ho trhu, nakupujeme t\u00edm pod\u00edly ve firm\u00e1ch, jako je nap\u0159\u00edklad Apple, Microsoft, nebo Amazon.<br \/>\nV Evrop\u011b zase firmy jako Nestl\u00e9, Navartis nebo Siemens.<\/p>\n<p>Tyto firmy prod\u00e1vaj\u00ed sv\u00e9 produkty, nebo vytv\u00e1\u0159ej\u00ed tr\u017eby po cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b.<br \/>\nZ tr\u017eeb maj\u00ed zisky, a ty zisky rostou s t\u00edm, jak roste ekonomika.<\/p>\n<p>To je d\u016fvod, pro\u010d ceny jejich akci\u00ed dlouhodob\u011b rostou.
