{"id":1814,"date":"2021-05-18T14:16:59","date_gmt":"2021-05-18T12:16:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.investguru.cz\/cs\/?p=1814"},"modified":"2022-03-31T10:49:27","modified_gmt":"2022-03-31T08:49:27","slug":"dalsi-velky-investicni-napad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.investguru.cz\/cs\/dalsi-velky-investicni-napad\/","title":{"rendered":"Dal\u0161\u00ed velk\u00fd investi\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1pad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Kam d\u00e1t pen\u00edze?<\/p>\n<p>Akcie velk\u00fdch technologick\u00e9 firem (Apple, Netflix, Microsoft, Tesla apod.) za\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v dubnu a kv\u011btnu 2021 poklesy &#8211; po r\u016fstech v roce 2020.<\/p>\n<p>Jak\u00fd je dal\u0161\u00ed velk\u00fd investi\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1pad?<\/p>\n<p>Ur\u010dit\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 ot\u00e1zka.<br \/>\nKdo by na ni necht\u011bl zn\u00e1t odpov\u011b\u010f.<br \/>\nKdo by necht\u011bl v\u011bd\u011bt, co bude zrovna p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch 6, 12, 60 m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f\u00a0nejv\u00edc r\u016fst.<\/p>\n<p>V aktu\u00e1ln\u00edm vyd\u00e1n\u00ed <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fichtner.cz\/rentier-2021-05\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00edku Renti\u00e9r<\/a>\u00a0p\u00ed\u0161eme, \u017ee je nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 hledat investi\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1pady a uva\u017eovat takov\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem.<\/p>\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b pokud to vyjde, tak to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt pom\u011brn\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00e9 a m\u016f\u017eu na tom vyd\u011blat daleko v\u00edc, ne\u017e kdy\u017e sv\u00e9 portfolio diverzifikujete a rozkl\u00e1d\u00e1te riziko.<\/p>\n<p>Na druhou stranu, kdy\u017e to netref\u00edm, tak v\u00fdsledek m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt velmi negativn\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>A ne jen kdy\u017e to netref\u00edm&#8230;<br \/>\nJde o to, \u017ee i kdy\u017e t\u0159eba tref\u00edm\u00a0sm\u011br, nemus\u00edm trefit spr\u00e1vn\u00e9 firmy.<\/p>\n<p>Jasn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad.<\/p>\n<p>Z nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch technologick\u00fdch spole\u010dnost\u00ed v roce 2000 pouze Microsoft vyrostl v\u00fdrazn\u011b v\u00edce ne\u017e index S&amp;P 500, kter\u00fd p\u0159edstavuje 500 velk\u00fdch ziskov\u00fdch firem v USA.<\/p>\n<p>Dal\u0161\u00ed spole\u010dnosti jako Intel, Cisco a IBM dopadly v\u00fdrazn\u011b h\u016f\u0159 ne\u017e diverzifikovan\u00e1 investice do cel\u00e9ho trhu, jak je vid\u011bt z n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edho p\u0159ehledu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>V\u00fdnos od roku 2000\u00a0<\/strong>(bez dividend)<br \/>\nMicrosoft &#8211; 723 %<br \/>\n<em>S&amp;P 500 &#8211; 348 %<\/em><br \/>\nOracle &#8211; 143 %<br \/>\nIBM &#8211; 111 %<br \/>\nIntel &#8211; 54 %<br \/>\nCisco &#8211; 0 %<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee to v roce 2000 to byly velk\u00e9 a nad\u011bjn\u00e9\u00a0firmy s velk\u00fdm potenci\u00e1lem&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159esto\u017ee\u00a0technologie od t\u00e9 doby urazily\u00a0kus cesty, p\u0159edstavovaly budoucnost a my te\u010f tu budoucnost \u017eijeme&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Tak ten, kdo dal v roce 2000 pen\u00edze do\u00a0nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00edch technologick\u00fdch firem, tak zjistil, \u017ee\u00a0z hlediska v\u00fdnos\u016f byla zaj\u00edmav\u00e1 pouze jedna.<\/p>\n<p>Byl to Microsoft a ty firmy ostatn\u00ed oproti zbytku trhu poho\u0159ely.<\/p>\n<p>Velc\u00ed hr\u00e1\u010di dne\u0161n\u00ed doby tenkr\u00e1t tak velc\u00ed nebyli. Google nikdo neznal. Netflix p\u016fj\u010doval DVD.\u00a0Facebook ani Tesla neexistovaly.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Co t\u00edm chci \u0159\u00edct.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e1zet na jednu velkou v\u011bc je n\u011bco, co m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st velk\u00e9 v\u00fdnosy. Kdy\u017e tu jednu jedinou v\u011bc tref\u00edme.<\/p>\n<p>Naopak to m\u016f\u017ee p\u0159in\u00e9st velk\u00e9 ztr\u00e1ty, pokud se netref\u00edme. T\u0159eba pokud vsad\u00edme\u00a0na n\u011bco, co je te\u010f hodn\u011b m\u00f3dn\u00ed,\u00a0ale nedok\u00e1\u017ee to dost\u00e1t o\u010dek\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00edm, kter\u00e1 jsou s t\u00edm spojen\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee j\u00e1\u00a0<strong>p\u0159ed hled\u00e1n\u00edm velk\u00fdch investi\u010dn\u00edch n\u00e1pad\u016f varuji<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Samoz\u0159ejm\u011b trhem h\u00fdbou\u00a0mega trendy, o kter\u00fdch se tak\u00e9 hovo\u0159\u00ed.
