Ide\u00e1ln\u00ed dneska. \u017de jo, co si budeme pov\u00eddat, realitn\u00ed fondy vyn\u00e1\u0161\u00ed skv\u011bl\u00e9 v\u00fdnosy.<\/em>\u201c<\/p>\n<p>No za minul\u00e9 obdob\u00ed.\u00a0Ot\u00e1zkou je, jak to bude do budoucna.<\/p>\n<p>A kdy\u017e V\u00e1m tohle prod\u00e1m, d\u00e1m V\u00e1m tam vstupn\u00ed poplatek. Jak ten V\u00e1\u0161 majetek bude fungovat dlouhodob\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e m\u00e1 ten \u010dlov\u011bk motivaci udr\u017eet hodnotu Va\u0161eho majetku a je\u0161t\u011b nad n\u00ed vyd\u011bl\u00e1vat, tak samoz\u0159ejm\u011b se chov\u00e1 jinak z pohledu v\u00fdb\u011bru produkt\u016f, z pohledu komunikace s V\u00e1mi, ze v\u0161ech mo\u017en\u00fdch \u00fahl\u016f pohledu mnohem rozumn\u011bji pro to, aby ten V\u00e1\u0161 majetek z\u016fstal zachov\u00e1n a rozumn\u011b se zhodnocoval.<\/p>\n<p>Tak\u017ee na to, zda plat\u00edte provize nebo plat\u00edte na p\u0159\u00edmo, si dejte velk\u00fd pozor.
