A to m\u016f\u017ee st\u00e1t miliony.<\/p>\n<p>Na n\u00e1sleduj\u00edc\u00edch \u0159\u00e1dc\u00edch tento princip ukazuji na p\u0159\u00edstupu Radovana, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 sice m\u00e9n\u011b pen\u011bz, ale p\u0159esn\u011b v\u00ed, co chce.<\/p>\n<p>Honza i Radovan jsou velmi chyt\u0159\u00ed chytr\u00e9 lid\u00e9 a li\u0161\u00ed se od sebe v tom, jak uva\u017euj\u00ed (nebo neuva\u017euj\u00ed) o sv\u00fdch finan\u010dn\u00edch c\u00edlech.<\/p>\n<h2>M\u00e1m voln\u00e9 4 miliony korun<\/h2>\n<p>Honza nen\u00ed n\u00e1\u0161 klient, ale v minulosti se p\u0159ihl\u00e1sil k odb\u011bru na\u0161eho newsletteru, a te\u010f cht\u011bl poradit, jak nejl\u00e9pe nalo\u017eit s pen\u011bzi, kter\u00e9 m\u00e1 k dispozici. Zavolali jsme si a j\u00e1 z\u00edskal v\u00edce informac\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Prodal te\u010f d\u016fm a m\u00e1 voln\u00e9 4 miliony korun. R\u00e1d by si koupil n\u011bjak\u00fd apartm\u00e1n nebo chati\u010dku na hor\u00e1ch a tam se jednoho dne odst\u011bhoval. Ale nev\u00ed, jestli to bude za rok, za dva nebo za 5 let.<\/p>\n<p>Bylo zaj\u00edmav\u00e9, \u017ee Honza se na m\u011b obr\u00e1til, proto\u017ee \u0159\u00edkal: <em>\u201eNo j\u00e1 m\u00e1m n\u011bjakou poradkyni, ale j\u00e1 j\u00ed moc nev\u011b\u0159\u00edm. Ona mi po\u0159\u00e1d n\u011bco doporu\u010duje, ale nejsem si \u00fapln\u011b jist\u00fd v kramflec\u00edch.\u201c<\/em> <\/p>\n<p>Zjistili jsme, \u017ee jeho poradkyn\u011b je \u010dlov\u011bk, kter\u00fd je placen\u00fd provizn\u011b. M\u00e1 provizi za to, \u017ee n\u011bco prod\u00e1. Ale to d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9, co bude za 10, 15 let, nem\u011bl na z\u0159eteli. Mysl\u00edm si, \u017ee v 54 letech je u\u017e skoro na pov\u00e1\u017eenou.<\/p>\n<p>V horizontu 10, 15 let za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 fungovat slo\u017een\u00e9 \u00faro\u010den\u00ed. Je to pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u00fdnos 5,3 % po ode\u010dten\u00ed v\u0161ech n\u00e1klad\u016f, dan\u00ed a na\u0161\u00ed odm\u011bny, kter\u00fd jsme dos\u00e1hli od roku 2009 u renti\u00e9r\u016f. <\/p>\n<p>Na\u0161i klienti jsou p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b majitel\u00e9 firem s portfoliem o velikosti des\u00edtek milion\u016f, ve kter\u00e9m maj\u00ed a\u017e 28 % portfolia v hotovosti. U budouc\u00edch renti\u00e9r\u016f, kte\u0159\u00ed hotovost zat\u00edm nepot\u0159ebuj\u00ed, c\u00edl\u00edme na v\u00fdnos 7-8 % p.a.<\/p>\n<p>V tabulce to vypad\u00e1 moc hezky, ale je pot\u0159eba \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee se nejedn\u00e1 o jist\u00e9 v\u00fdnosy, ani z\u00e1ru\u010den\u00e9 v\u00fdnosy, ale dlouhodob\u00fd pr\u016fm\u011br. N\u011bkter\u00fd rok jsou v\u00fdnosy vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed, n\u011bkter\u00fd ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed a n\u011bkter\u00fd jsou dokonce z\u00e1porn\u00e9. Uv\u011bdomil si, \u017ee na to asi m\u011bl za\u010d\u00edt myslet. <\/p>\n<p>Uvid\u00edme, jestli bude m\u00edt chu\u0165 p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let o n\u011bjak\u00e9 investi\u010dn\u00ed strategii, investi\u010dn\u00edm pl\u00e1nu a o investov\u00e1n\u00ed. A nebo ne. To u\u017e je na Honzovi.<\/p>\n<h2>Radovan m\u00e1 zat\u00edm \u201ejen\u201c 2,5 milionu, ale v\u00ed, co chce<\/h2>\n<p>Druh\u00fd a opa\u010dn\u00fd p\u0159\u00edklad je Radovan, kter\u00e9mu je 47 let a m\u00e1 jasno v tom, jakou chce rentu a kdy. Je pot\u0159eba \u0159\u00edct, \u017ee je to pr\u016fm\u011brn\u00fd v\u00fdnos! A v 60 bude slavit nejen sv\u00e9 kulatiny, ale tak\u00e9 svou finan\u010dn\u00ed nez\u00e1vislost.<\/p>\n<h3>Nedelegujte investov\u00e1n\u00ed slep\u011b<\/h3>\n<p>Radovan m\u00e1 k investov\u00e1n\u00ed zdrav\u00fd p\u0159\u00edstup. Nechce sv\u00e9 pen\u00edze a investov\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fapln\u011b pustit z rukou. Chce v\u011bd\u011bt, co se s nimi d\u011bje. A za to jsem ho pochv\u00e1lil, proto\u017ee a\u0165 m\u00e1 \u010dlov\u011bk 4 miliony, 10 milion\u016f, nebo 50 nebo 100, tak by nikdy nem\u011bl pustit pen\u00edze ze sv\u00fdch rukou.<\/p>\n<p>A\u0165 m\u00e1te sv\u00e9ho poradce, priv\u00e1tn\u00edho bank\u00e9\u0159e, nebo kohokoliv dal\u0161\u00edho, tak v\u017edycky jsou to va\u0161e pen\u00edze. A vy k nim budete m\u00edt ten nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00ed vztah. Nikdy na to nezapome\u0148te. <\/p>\n<p>Nikdy nesklouzn\u011bte k tomu: <em>\u201eTen se mi o to star\u00e1. Ale kdy\u017e jsem toto t\u00e9ma nakousl, zaujalo ho. <\/p>\n<p>Na druh\u00e9 stran\u011b Radovan m\u00e1 od po\u010d\u00e1tku zcela jasno v tom, co chce. A jen pot\u0159ebuje naj\u00edt tu spr\u00e1vnou cestu.<\/p>\n<p>Nedok\u00e1\u017eu zcela p\u0159esn\u011b \u0159\u00edct, jestli lid\u00e9 o sv\u00e9 finan\u010dn\u00ed budoucnosti sp\u00ed\u0161 p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lej\u00ed nebo nep\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lej\u00ed. <\/p>\n<p>Potk\u00e1v\u00e1m se te\u010f v\u00edce s lidmi, kte\u0159\u00ed o rent\u011b p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lej\u00ed. Na lidech, kte\u0159\u00ed n\u00e1s oslovuj\u00ed nebo se hl\u00e1s\u00ed do na\u0161ich program\u016f, je vid\u011bt, \u017ee maj\u00ed z\u00e1jem n\u011bco poznat.<\/p>\n<p>Na druhou stranu v minulosti (2004-2008) jsem se setk\u00e1val se stovkami klient\u016f r\u016fzn\u00fdch bank, kde jsme d\u011blali r\u016fzn\u00e9 kou\u010dovac\u00ed projekty. Tehdy v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed o rent\u011b nep\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lela. Je to sice u\u017e p\u00e1r let, tak\u017ee nezn\u00e1m p\u0159esnou situaci te\u010f.<\/p>\n<h3>Nen\u00ed to \u201ep\u0159irozen\u00e9\u201c<\/h3>\n<p>Ale nemysl\u00edm si, \u017ee by to bylo, proto\u017ee by ti lid\u00e9 o sv\u00e9 budoucnosti p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let necht\u011bli. Jen to nen\u00ed t\u00e9ma, kter\u00e9 je b\u011b\u017en\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p>Honza o sv\u00e9 rent\u011b \u00fapln\u011b apriori nep\u0159em\u00fd\u0161lel. Ale kdy\u017e jsem to t\u00e9ma nadhodil, tak ne\u0159e\u0161il co, to je za t\u00e9ma. Ale \u0159\u00edkal si, \u017ee je to vlastn\u011b zaj\u00edmav\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>A tak to m\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed. V\u011bt\u0161ina lid\u00ed to m\u00e1 n\u011bkde vzadu v hlav\u011b. N\u011bkde to tam je, ale nevypadne to \u00fapln\u011b na prvn\u00ed dobrou. <\/p>\n<p>\u010clov\u011bk m\u00e1 spoustu jin\u00fdch starost\u00ed v \u017eivot\u011b. \u00dasp\u011b\u0161n\u00ed podnikatel\u00e9 maj\u00ed svoje firmy, mus\u00ed \u0159e\u0161it hlavn\u011b svoje firmy. N\u011bkdo m\u00e1 zam\u011bstn\u00e1n\u00ed, m\u00e1me rodiny, kon\u00ed\u010dky atd.<\/p>\n<h2>\u010cas u\u017e nevr\u00e1t\u00edte<\/h2>\n<p>Kdy\u017e m\u00e1te 4 miliony korun, tak u nejlep\u0161\u00edho ro\u010dn\u00edho term\u00ednovan\u00e9ho vkladu m\u00e1te sice pen\u00edze rychle k dispozici, ale za 10 let vyd\u011bl\u00e1te maxim\u00e1ln\u011b milion. P\u0159i investici do sv\u00e9 renty m\u016f\u017eete m\u00edt i 3x tolik.<\/p>\n<p>Finan\u010dn\u00ed nez\u00e1vislost, renta nen\u00ed t\u00e9ma, kter\u00e9 n\u00e1s napadne automaticky. Ale bohu\u017eel, kdy\u017e se na tyto v\u011bci nemysl\u00ed dostate\u010dn\u011b dop\u0159edu, tak to v\u011bt\u0161inou nem\u00e1 dobr\u00e9ho konce.<\/p>\n<p>Dostal jsem u\u017e stovky e-mail\u016f od lid\u00ed v d\u016fchodu, kte\u0159\u00ed mi p\u00ed\u0161ou: \u201eTo je \u0161koda, \u017ee jsem o tom nev\u011bd\u011bl d\u0159\u00edv.\u201c <\/p>\n<p>\u010cas \u010dlov\u011bk nevr\u00e1t\u00ed.
