A co n\u00e1m tato struktura napov\u00edd\u00e1 a \u0159\u00edk\u00e1.<\/p>\n<h2>Jak podnikatel\u00e9 buduj\u00ed majetek<\/h2>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd \u00fasp\u011b\u0161n\u00fd podnikatel za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 t\u00edm, \u017ee cel\u00fd jeho majetek je v jeho firm\u011b. A v principu jenom v tom zelen\u00e9m kol\u00e1\u010di na tomto obr\u00e1zku.<\/p>\n<p>Postupem \u010dasu ale za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 pozn\u00e1vat i kouzlo nemovitost\u00ed. Tak do sv\u00e9ho kol\u00e1\u010de majetku za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 p\u0159id\u00e1vat i nemovitosti na pron\u00e1jem. A to je tahle \u010d\u00e1st.<\/p>\n<p>Ale pak si jednoho dne uv\u011bdom\u00ed, \u017ee v\u0161echen sv\u016fj majetek m\u00e1 ve firm\u011b, kter\u00e1 p\u016fsob\u00ed v \u010cech\u00e1ch. V korunov\u00e9m prost\u0159ed\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V nemovitostech, kter\u00e9 jsou v \u010cech\u00e1ch. Nebo v bl\u00edzk\u00e9m okol\u00ed. Region\u00e1ln\u00edm a evropsk\u00e9m.<\/p>\n<p>A \u017ee vlastn\u011b nem\u00e1 pen\u00edze nikde jinde. T\u0159eba na jin\u00e9m kontinentu.<\/p>\n<p>Jakmile k tomuhle pozn\u00e1n\u00ed dojde, tak za\u010dne p\u0159em\u00fd\u0161let o tom, \u017ee by m\u011bl m\u00edt tak\u00e9 t\u0159eba finan\u010dn\u00ed aktiva, kter\u00e1 je jednoduch\u00e9 n\u011bjak\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem t\u0159eba odv\u00e9zt do Ameriky. A nakupovat nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed americk\u00e9 firmy.<\/p>\n<h2>Rozd\u011blte si kol\u00e1\u010d<\/h2>\n<p>A to je to, co t\u0159eba klient\u016fm doporu\u010dujeme my. Aby m\u011bli sv\u016fj kol\u00e1\u010d majetku rozd\u011blen\u00fd do r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed aktiv.<\/p>\n<p>Proto\u017ee ve firm\u011b mohou hodn\u011b vyd\u011bl\u00e1vat. Ale tak\u00e9 mohou o v\u0161echno p\u0159ij\u00edt ze dne na den. Kdy\u017e p\u0159ijde n\u011bjak\u00e1 ne\u010dekan\u00e1 ud\u00e1lost typu koronaviru.<\/p>\n<p>Proto\u017ee nemovitosti maj\u00ed sv\u016fj profil v\u00fdnosu a rizika tro\u0161ku jin\u00fd. Ne\u017e m\u00e1 ten byznys.<\/p>\n<p>A proto\u017ee finan\u010dn\u00ed aktiva, kter\u00e1 lze jednodu\u0161e zlikvidnit, ze dne na den m\u016f\u017eete v\u0161echny akcie kter\u00e9 m\u00e1te prodat. <\/p>\n<p>A\u0165 m\u00e1te 30 milion\u016f korun, nebo 300 milion\u016f korun ve finan\u010dn\u00edch aktivech, tak je m\u016f\u017eete jednodu\u0161e zlikvidnit, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 je m\u016f\u017eete jednodu\u0161e p\u0159esunout t\u0159eba na jin\u00fd kontinent.<\/p>\n<p>Aby kdy\u017e p\u0159ijde devalvace \u010desk\u00e9 koruny, nebo kdy\u017e p\u0159ijde n\u011bjak\u00fd neo\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fd sc\u00e9n\u00e1\u0159 tady v regionu. Aby to v\u00e1\u0161 celkov\u00fd majetek nepo\u0161kodilo tolik jako kdybyste z\u016fstali se v\u0161emi pen\u011bzi tady.<\/p>\n<p>Tohle je struktura celkov\u00e9ho majetku jednoho z na\u0161ich klient\u016f, Davida. J\u00e1 to m\u00e1m samoz\u0159ejm\u011b podobn\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1m pen\u00edze ve firm\u011b, m\u00e1m pen\u00edze v nemovitostn\u00edm portfoliu, o kter\u00e9 se star\u00e1 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm moje \u017eena, proto\u017ee ji to bav\u00ed. A m\u00e1m pen\u00edze ve finan\u010dn\u00edch aktivech, proto\u017ee je mi to bl\u00edzk\u00e9 a je to logick\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Je to i pro v\u00e1s?!<\/h2>\n<p>Mo\u017en\u00e1 si \u0159\u00edk\u00e1te, \u017ee dneska tenhle kol\u00e1\u010d nen\u00ed pro v\u00e1s. \u017de m\u00e1te mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u0161echno ve firm\u011b. Nebo m\u00e1te mo\u017en\u00e1 v\u0161echno v nemovitostech. Nebo \u017ee mo\u017en\u00e1 nem\u00e1te zat\u00edm je\u0161t\u011b po\u0159\u00e1dn\u011b \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 pen\u00edze.<\/p>\n<p>To nevad\u00ed. To d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 je m\u00edt vizi, ke kter\u00e9 jednoho dne budete sm\u011b\u0159ovat. <\/p>\n<p>A\u0165 u\u017e jste budouc\u00ed renti\u00e9r, kter\u00fd dneska za\u010d\u00edn\u00e1 se sv\u00fdm prvn\u00edm milionem.
